Online Returns
Returning is simple & easy! Online purchases can be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. Items returned must be unused and unwashed.
Package up the items, including your invoice, and return them to a local post office near you or an authorized location.
Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Don’t have the invoice or return label? Was this a gift? No problem! Returns can be created by clicking Order Status and entering the order number and last name. Or you can call Customer Care for assistance.
Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment unless selected differently when creating a return request.
Refunds are processed 3-5 weeks after sending back the return.
Exchange
You may exchange your product for a different size and/or a different color of the same price. You new product is held for up to 10 days from when you start an exchange. After 10 days your exchange order will be canceled. In the event you mail back the item after the 10 day period we will process it as a normal return and refund your original method of payment.
We want to get you the correct size and/or color as quickly as possible, we'll ship out your exchange as soon as our warehouse team has processed the returned product. If you do not drop your return item(s) off within seven days, your exchange order will be canceled. After this, you can still receive a refund by returning your item to the carrier. The refund will be issued once our warehouse team has processed the returned product.
